Knitted Apparel Production Capabilities:

Spread across 3 locations, our units are the focal point of our knitted apparel production operations. All receipts and distribution of goods, fabric, unfinished goods, undyed garments, dyed garments, and packed goods are centralised here to minimise any kind of quality mishaps during production. This unit is equipped with alteration stitching machines, weighing scales, fabric measurement scales, and we have capable personnel  to manage the inward and outward flow of the merchandise.

We have a team of 12 Executives, headed by an 2 General Managers, a Cutting Master, 2 Sample Tailors, QC Executives, Fabric  QC’s,  and support staff.  We have a team of 9 Production Supervisory Staff and a Labour Force of 77 people – The cutting, stitching, checking, and finishing team.

Inhouse CMT Unit:

We have an inhouse unit of an area of approximately 4,500 sq feet dedicated to our Basic Round Neck Tee Production (Gents and Ladies). To that end, we have a higher number of Power Tables (Overlock and Flatlock) machines as compared to Single Stitch Machines. Our machine inventory is as follows:

Production Capacities:

Although our inhouse stitching capacity currently is approx 150-160,000 units per month, our cutting and packing capacity ensures that we use our strong base of outsourced stitching units to assemble cut-parts for us and return the ready garments for thread-cutting, checking, ironing and packing for us. This helps us avoid tricky labour shortage issues and helps us keep our production costs low, while maintaining high quality standards without loading our overhead cost.
